I started the company in June 1986 with my best friend in College.

I have over 25 Years of Roofing Experience.

I have been married for 25 years to my wonderful wife Deanna and we have been blessed with two boys.  Both of the boys currently attend college at Stephen F.  I am very family oriented and love to attend my kid’s sports activities.  My oldest son Chance plays college baseball and my youngest son Jared is currently trying his hand at college rugby.  I was born and raised in West Texas where I attended grad school and graduated with a Parks and Recreation Arts Science degree.  In college I worked part time roofing houses.

I enjoy most outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing and playing golf.  Ameritex initially started out as just a business venture for my business partner and I in 1986 but over the years this business has became more of a family.  All of my employees and subcontractors have been with us for no less than 4 years. Together we all work as a team to provide our customers with the highest level of service.

My name is Bill Harrell I have been married for 26 years to my wonderful wife Patti.  I reside in Flower Mound, Texas. I have three amazing children, my oldest son Garrett who is 18, my beautiful daughter Haleigh who is 15 & my youngest son Cayse who is 10. I graduated from TexasTechUniversity in 1981.  After college my long time friend Bryan Tabor and I founded and started Ameritex Roofing.  Initially the business started out fairly small with only a few employees and our focus being mainly reroofs, however over the years not only has our business grown but the relationships with our customers has also flourished. It’s nice to have not only created a successful business but to also be successful with your customers. When your customers continue to call you over the years for different projects and refer their friends to you as well, that is success. When not working I also enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, hunting and fishing.  I look forward to speaking with you and assisting you with your home project.

Laurie Kinser - Office Manager

I have been employed by Ameritex for a little over 11yrs.

I currently reside in McKinney, Texas but grew up in a small town and still believe in all the small town values. Every customer I speak with is not just a customer but a potential friend, I want every customer to feel positive and at ease when calling our office with any questions and concerns they may have regarding their project.  I know what it is like to be a consumer so it is my goal to make big projects feel effortless to our clients.

Project Coordinator and Sales

I’ve been employed for 12 years with Ameritex.

I have 16 years experience in the general contracting & roofing industries.

I have several years of on the job training in commercial and residential construction.

I have several years and hundreds of hours of plumbing & electrical apprenticeship experience.

I’ve worked as a framing carpenter, handyman and landscaper.

I have a Business Management & Entrepreneurship Degree from the University of North Texas.

I grew up with my brother Andrew and two sisters Rachel and Abigail, the son of a Presbyterian Minister Rodney and Christian Educator Robi Anne Marshall in Pullman, WA..

At the age of 8 I was delivering newspapers around Pullman in the early morning hours and after school.

As I grew older I started a landscaping and contracting business.  I learned many carpentry and general home maintenance skills from my father Rodney as well as my grandfathers Robert Muzzall and James Marshall.  For fun I played sports, especially basketball.  I also enjoy fishing, hunting and mountain biking throughout Washington State.  The highlights of my years were the WAZZU Cougar football and basketball games as well as the camping and fishing trips with my friends in his scout troop.  At sixteen I moved from Washington to Flower Mound, Texas with my family.  Upon graduation from high school I attended the University of North Texas where I played Rugby for the UNT rugby club.  I started work with Ameritex upon moving to Texas, and put myself through college working during my off hours.  I’m currently married to Melissa, my college sweetheart.  We have been married since 2002 and  live in McKinney, TX.  I’m continuing to broaden my expertise in the field of General Contracting.  I have successfully managed numerous residential and commercial roofing and exterior remodeling projects.  I’ve also completed numerous ground up construction projects to date.  I strive to be as knowledgeable and professional as possible in efforts to make Ameritex the best company in its class.

I still play the game I love, rugby.  I would love to see a client at one of my matches at Glencoe Park.  I also play for the Dallas Harlequins, you can visit their website at www.quins.com.  I also enjoy hunting, boxing, Scottish history and traveling – especially back to the northwest.

David Pieczynski-Sales and Sevice

More than 25 years in the construction industry.

Before working at Ameritex Roofing I worked for a Real Estate Architectural Development Company for over 20 years.  I am married to my beautiful wife Gayla and I am the father of four amazing children. I was born in Chicago moved to Dallas at age 6 where I grew up and attended college at Texas A&M on a baseball scholarship.  I love to spend time with my family and friends. If I can find the time between Ameritex and my children I also enjoy golfing, sports and cooking. I have made so many friends since I have started at Ameritex, my philosophy is that my customers aren’t just customers I get to know you and walk you step by step through each project so you are as informed about your project as I am. I look forward to meeting you and answering any questions you may have about your construction needs.
